Security – PowerElf server appliance auto-defense firewall™ helps protect your internal computers from hackers. Stateful packet filtering adds security against port scanning by closing off ports until a connection for the port is requested. Also, NAT (network address translation) is used to masquerade the internal network behind the PowerElf.
AntiVirus – PowerElf Anti-Virus software protects your system and all computers on the network at the mail server level, increasing protection to your business.
Antispam - The PowerElf mail server appliance anti-spam features limits the affect that spam has on a mail system. The PowerElf anti-spam services will reduce the amount of time wasted on these unsolicited emails.
Email - All users will automatically be given an email address of user@yourcompany.com when new user accounts are created. The PowerElf has a fully-integrated e-mail system. Webmail is also part of the standard feature set.
Cross-Platform - Our product can be used alone or integrated with any other network servers (UNIX, Windows® .NET/XP/2000/NT) that you already have. You have the option to integrate the unit with your traditional servers or to replace them. The PowerElf server appliance is a terrific storage solution and can provide your business with up to half a terra-byte (+500GB) of file storage space.
